D.A. To Drop Dominique Strauss-Kahn Rape Case

Money can set you free and Dominique Strauss-Kahn is living proof that insiders with buckets of cash can do as they please.

While forensic evidence from Dominique Strauss-Kahn semen was found all over the victims clothing, and he was caught fleeing the country while leaving behind his cell phone, clothing and personal items in the hotel, Dominique Strauss-Kahn will be set free by D.A. Cyrus R. Vance Jr.

The victim, Nafissatou Diallo, a woman who fled her country to find a better life as a maid in New York hotels, finds herself in the strange position. A prosecutor not wanting to risk bringing a poor immigrant on the stand against such powerhouses as Dominique Strauss-Kahn and his lawyers including Benjamin Brafman and William W. Taylor III is about to throw in the towel. The Strauss-Khan lawyers claim anything that may have happened wasn’t forced. Diallo claims otherwise. We will never know for sure as the case will never be heard and NY DA Cyrus R. Vance Jr, whose political family has historically had strong ties within the ruling powers, has abandoned Diallo.

In Europe the case has shined a light on a string of Dominique Strauss-Kahn manhandling of women as well as fresh criminal indictments of rape from French novelist Tristane Banon.

Diallo plans a civil case to try and make Dominique Strauss-Kahn finally pay and Diallo claims that will protect woman through the action.

The question will always be how Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s semen got onto Diallo’s clothing?
