Eliot Spitzer did nothing about criminal investigations into 3000 murders in NYC on September 11, 2001. He did nothing to bring any murder investigations, trials, or protect the forensics in this matter. Eliot Spitzer has avoided any inquiry into a single death or crime that day. The Federal government tried a man based on those murders yet in NYC not one murder investigation or charge has been filed. No one cared.

After that Eliot Spitzer worked close with the US government to avoid any prosecutions of Cynthia Whitman ovre the fraudulent advice she gave New Yorkers and emergency workers that the air and surroundings were not toxic. She lied. He covered it up.

Now we are dealt even more of a blow from the toxic neglector Eliot Spitzer in the form of the dead idea from Andrew Rasiej (who already lost with that "political plank") free WiFi for all. A close associate and inner sanctum member of "Universal Broadband" failures Rasiej (1) ran 2 years ago on this and got an embarassing low 5 percent vote out of the a low 29 percent turnout. .

Andrew Rasiej and Spitzer are trying to sell the idea again. Level the digital divide to allow the poor onto the Internet highway and ignore the fact that the poor do not have computers, WiFi, or the ability to do anything productive on the Internet without proper education that is lacking from the state or parents. The only thing that city wide WiFi will do is to let the rich get richer selling advertising on it while charging tax dollars to support the infrastructure and corruptions it will spawn and let the lawyers and investors use skype for free. It will also allow the taxpayers to pay for the ability of wide area networks to track all the RFID chips that the US State Department (2) will soon start to issue as national ID.

Spitzer and Andrew Rasiej work as a team for the last few years and we think Spitzer was Rasiej&39;s sponsor on the "train", that private club centuries old that controls the "citizens" through corporate and government control that Rasiej once told this author he joined. Certainly Eliot Spitzer's close ties with Rasiej and this lost cause make Spitzer look silly. Rasiej is a barkeeper for heavens sake. The man worked NY nightlife into a political entree and wants to have his "godfather" Eliot take him with his idea into some kind of launch into public office. Andrew is hungry and Eliot is willing to feed the wolves.

Spitzer has 8000 emergency workers suing the state for 911 frauds on air quality from Christine Whitman&39;s proclamation that the air was fine in NY for the workers. 1000&39;s are now dying. No one in his office has done a thing.

Spitzer has 3000 murders without a single investigation. He allowed the major of NY and the DA to let 3000 murders go un-investigated. He allowed the crime scene to be destroyed and all forenciscs to be destroyed. We will probably never get justice for these people.

Spitzer has allowed the city government and officials of the state to give access to magazines material (3) that is censored from the public for them to discuss. He cannot be trusted in public office.

Spitzer is bringing failed bar keepers into politics on failed policies and will bring questionable legal practice (4), cronyism, nepotism, and a ruling elite with shadowy credentials into office that no American can afford or allow.

This man must be brought to trial not to a higher office.
